Powering a Network for Young Black Professionals and Change-makers In Stanislaus County
Our Mission
We are a network dedicated to amplifying the voices, impact, and excellence of young Black professionals in the Modesto region.
We function as a strategic laboratory—a think tank where individual efforts are met with collective support. This is a space for collaborative innovation, where we test ideas, refine strategies, and build effective community and political initiatives together.

Our Core Goal: To leverage the collective genius and resources of this network. We provide the structure for rigorous, action-oriented discussions and peer mentorship, ensuring every member's project—from grassroots activism to strategic business development—moves from concept to undeniable and sustained community action.

What We Do
We meet virtually each monthly as a focused, 60-minute session. Each meeting is built on three pillars:
-
Spotlight Presentations: Members present their projects, organizations, or political interests (personal efforts and goals).
-
Strategic Support: We provide focused feedback, resources, and support to overcome challenges and gain traction.
-
Collaborative Vision: We discuss local-specific issues and opportunities for our community to engage more effectively in local policy and community leadership.
